Absolutely fabulous hotel, ideal for vacation! ! . Nice building and rooms with a bed which was said to be 180 x 200. Stunning setting. Friendly attentive and very attentive personnel from the cleaning crew to waiters. Very handy location, just minutes from a railroad station.

Property was comfortable and absolutely fabulous, we liked this place.
The service was excellent, the food was great! The rooms were both modern, luxury, complete with large balcony and a round bed and view to the inside. Location: the hotel was very close to the platform and In the surroundings very nice nature ideal for running.

The rooms are perfectly clean with a spacious bed measuring 180 x 200. the views of the lake from the hotel are quite nice. the breakfast offers a fantastic selection of wines and a wide variety of food options.

The location of the hotel is great, right by the town center and the platform. the customer service is excellent, with marvelous breakfasts offering a huge variety and a selection of wines. the staff is really helpful, professional, and have good manners.

We had a fantastic anniversary weekend at Spirit Hotel Thermal Spa. The whole place exudes a peaceful and luxurious spa vibe, perfect for a romantic getaway. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the sauna. Dinner was top class, leaving us satisfied and impressed. Despite a small hiccup with the room, the overall experience was wonderful.

In the restaurant in the evening the lady, who was serving us could hardly understand any other language except hungarian - no english, no german, no spanish. On the other side the prices are a little bit expensive for the this kind of hotel.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, variety of wellness procedures.
Staff behaviour sometimes strange - my husband complained about the fact that his swimsuit disappeared during his stay in sauna and staff seems quite uninterested saying that this happen often. Which should not in 5star hotel...
